Whisky Trail

Visit Speyside, the region in Scotland with the highest concentration of distilleries and combine this trip with 3 fantastic golf courses.

Over half of all Scotland's distilleries are located in Speyside. Speyside malts are typically the sweetest and many of the most popular single malts are produced in Speyside. Speyside whiskies can be classified as falling into one of two camps. At one end of the spectrum there are the light, grassy malts such as Glenlivet; at the other end lie the rich, sweet, sherried qualities of Glenrothes and Macallan.

During the Whisky Trail golfers will base themselves out of Nairn, an attractive seaside town with a prime location on the Moray Firth with easy access to high quality links golf and The Malt Whisky Trail.

Following a multi-million pound investment into The Golf View Hotel & Spa, guests can enjoy this luxurious sea view setting and take advantage of the leisure suite and hotel’s AA-Rosette awarded restaurant, Hickory. Locally caught seafood and meat from pedigree herds await you on the menu.
